As a 29-year resident of Park City, I attended all of the development meetings for the evolution of our current PCMR Canyons Village starting back in 1990 when it was called ParkWest Resort to Wolf Mountain (1995) to Canyons Resort (1997) and now Canyons Village at Park City. The transition has been amazing, but in my opinion, the next giant leap will come with the opening of the Pendry Residences project. Pendry Residences is the contemporary version of the Montage Deer Valley. Designed with a level of quality and amenities, including but not limited to, roof-top pool, ski beach and Apres bars and gathering locations on a heated pavilion with restaurants and shops, Pendry will quickly become the vibrant, center hub of Canyons Village.
Additionally, Pendry has sister properties in San Diego, New York City, Baltimore and Washinton DC with cross marketing and potential reciprocating usage opportunities which again will bring a heightened level of interest and clientele visiting and purchasing in Canyons Village at Park City.
